             Information About
THE SOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES
.
The Sound of the Baskervilles is a scion society of the Baker Street Irregulars.  We meet monthly, on
the second Monday of each month, as we have since 1980. (See more in
"About Us").
.
Club membership brings our members (affectionately called "SOBs" the monthly newsletter Ineffable
Twaddle,
and a copy of our Beaten's Christmas Annual, as well as the incalculable benefits of
association with a group of certifiable Holmes aficionados.
.
Other regularly scheduled events throughout the year include (but may not be limited to):
-
The Masters Dinner celebrating Holmes' birthday (January)
-
The Annual Wreath Throw commemorating Holmes' loss at Reichenbach Falls (May)
-
The John H. Watson Picnic (held in July)
-
The Will Crakes Memorial Jollification (held in December)
Other activities include book crawls, teas, plays, and gaming events, and are held as announced.
.
Our next meeting is Monday, June 11, 2012, at 6:00 at T. S. McHugh's Public House.  The story to study
is
The Solitary Cyclist (click to read).  Social hour starts at 5:00.  See our meetings & events page for
location and more information.
We would love to see you there.
